Key Programs

At Beaumaris, we believe in providing an enriching and inclusive educational experience that goes beyond traditional academics. Our additional programs are designed to cater to the diverse interests and developmental needs of our students. From literacy support to innovative coding and the nurturing environment of our Play-Based Early Childhood Education, each program is carefully crafted to contribute to the holistic growth of every child.

Reading Support Program

At Beaumaris Primary School, we are dedicated to fostering strong literacy skills in all students. Our Reading Support Program is designed to provide targeted assistance to students who may benefit from additional support in developing their reading abilities. Parents volunteer to provide a tailored intervention using specialised resources created by staff to ensure that every child receives the attention they need to become confident and proficient readers.

Play Based Learning (K-2)

Our Play-Based Early Childhood Education program recognises the significance of learning through play in the early developmental years. Grounded in research-based practices, our ECE curriculum emphasises hands-on, interactive learning experiences. Through play, children explore, inquire, and develop foundational skills in a supportive and engaging environment. This approach sets the stage for a lifelong love of learning.

Chaplaincy Program

The Chaplaincy program at Beaumaris Primary School plays a vital role in providing emotional support to our students. Our Chaplain is a trusted and caring presence, offering a listening ear and guidance to students navigating various challenges. They contribute to the well-being of our school community, promoting inclusivity, understanding, and fostering a sense of belonging.

These additional programs at Beaumaris Primary School reflect our commitment to providing a well-rounded education that addresses the diverse needs of our students. We believe in nurturing academic excellence, social-emotional development, and a positive school culture. For more information about these programs or to discuss any specific needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our school administration.
